Welcome to SheHe.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders: Please provide your correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. All orders are subject to stock availability.
• Delivery Charges: Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250 per order, payable in advance before dispatch.
• Dispatch & Delivery: The estimated total dispatch and delivery time is 3–5 days after order confirmation and advance payment. Courier issues, holidays, or remote locations may cause delays.
• Product Details: Please check sizes, colours, and descriptions before ordering. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Customized Orders: Confirm all names, spellings, dates, and designs carefully. Changes may not be possible once customization starts.
• Cancellation: Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch or once customization starts.
• Returns & Refunds: Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order details and photos.
